The Manbats are abominations created by the mad sorcerer of the tower. His obsession with life led him to believe he could create a race of creatures and give it to the world as a gift. The ManBats fighting tactic was to grab the players and drop them from the heights of the tower. Un fortunelty fot them, the players were armed and meaning buisness, the Manbats were forced to used a hide-and-sneak approach and never quite got the chance to really crippled the players.
